STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEY
A strategic plan defines MPL’s actions and activities by setting a clear vision, mission, and measurable goals. It acts as a roadmap to align resources, guide decision-making, and prioritize actions, ensuring all levels of the organization work toward common goals while adapting to future challenges. Patron feedback is important in order to craft our goals. Please share your constructive thoughts about collection, resources, and services by filling out this survey.
The survey is available to patrons 14 years of age and up. Parents and caregivers may provide responses incorporating ideas for youth below age 14.
Please note: A prior intense focus was given to building and facility needs with public survey and focus groups in 2025 resulting in our CAPITAL (replacement needs and repairs) and MASTER (comprehensive adaptations, renovations, and interior improvements) plans. The library is budgeting for needed repairs and equipment while determining the right path for major building renovations.
