Food For Fines

April 7 – April 14, 2012

In the spirit of helping the local community, the Messenger Library
will be collecting non-perishable food items for a local area food pantry.
Library staff will waive up to $5 in current library fines
during the week of April 7 – April 14.

One can or box of non-perishable food will waive $1 worth of fines.

Staff will not waive money owed for lost or damaged items.

All of the food collected will go to a local food pantry.
